Nicole Shih, PhD, MBA, AADP, is a wellness entrepreneur, natural medicine practitioner, and board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is the founder of Novalife Integrative Care, a center dedicated to preventive health, cancer and dementia support, and regenerative healing.

Nicole’s unique approach bridges science, ancient wisdom, and conscious living. She earned her PhD in Natural Medicine from Quantum University, where her dissertation explored Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (LET) and quantum coherence as tools for enhancing immune resilience and cellular vitality. She also holds an MBA, equipping her with the expertise to build and lead wellness businesses that bring advanced, evidence-based therapies into the community.

In addition to Novalife, Nicole owns Dolce Lounge, a med spa and wellness center in Arizona, and Nestvy Senior Placement & Home Care, one of the Bay Area’s highest-rated elder care agencies. Through these ventures, she has supported thousands of families with personalized health, beauty, and caregiving solutions.

Nicole collaborates with leading clinicians, researchers, and healers, weaving together modalities such as IV therapy, red light therapy, PEMF, HBOT, biohacking tools, meditation, and Traditional Chinese Medicine into a personalized roadmap for each client. She believes true healing is multidimensional—uniting body, mind, and spirit—and her mission is to help people align with their inner wisdom while restoring balance and vitality.

When she isn’t guiding clients or speaking on wellness, Nicole can be found exploring sacred traditions, practicing meditation, and creating partnerships that honor both the spiritual and scientific dimensions of health.

I am passionate about helping people optimize their metabolic health to achieve optimal wellness and prevent disease. And I help those undergoing and after cancer treatment. develop further resilience for life and improve day to day functioning.  Through a deep dive into your health, I explore in detail your story, health history, challenges and obstacles that prevent you from regaining your health. 

I believe that health is not just the absence of disease. Health is the ability to adapt to the demands placed upon us. It is the feeling of vitality, adaptability and energy to deal with the daily demands of life.  When we feel stronger and healthier it feels easier to live a more happy and abundant life.

I combine principles of Integrative and Functional Medicine to find and highlight possible underlying triggers and causes of your symptoms, side effects of treatment and discomfort. I will look at the possible nutritional and biochemical imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms/illness. Upon completion of the deep dive into your health, I will then customize a health, restoration, recovery and resilience plan tailored to your specific needs as an individual. I make sure that the interventions are uniquely tailored to you.
